Правило 17f-5 Закона об инвестиционных компаниях США 1940 г. "Кастодиальное хранение активов инвестиционной компании за пределами США"US Согласно данному Правилу, американские инвестиционные компании имеют право для целей депозитарного хранения своих активов за пределами США пользоваться услугами зарубежных кастодианов, отвечающих стандартным требованиям Правила 17f-5. Под "приемлемым зарубежным кастодианом" (Eligible Foreign Custodian) понимается организация, зарегистрированная в качестве юридического лица или созданная в соответствии с законодательством страны, отличной от США, которая является зарубежным банком, деятельность которого регулируется государством или правительственным органом (Qualified Foreign Bank), или является предприятием, которое является дочерней компанией американского банка или банковской холдинговой компании, и в котором данному банку или холдинговой компании принадлежит большая часть акцийАнгло-русский словарь терминов по депозитарному хранению и клирингу > Rule 17f-5
